Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Synthesis and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap “Delete account.”
- Confirm when prompted.
This permanently deletes your account and your child's observations — on your device and in our cloud servers — subject to any legal retention obligations.
Option 2 — Request deletion by contacting us
If you no longer have the app installed or can't access your account, you can ask us to delete your data:
- Complete our U.S. Privacy Rights Request Form, selecting “Right to Deletion,” or
- Email us at privacy@takestasis.com.
To protect your data, we will verify your identity before processing the request. Please include your first and last name and the email address associated with your account.
What happens to your data
Once deletion is complete, we delete or de-identify your personal data. Where data cannot be immediately deleted (for example, information stored in backup archives), we securely isolate it from further use until deletion is possible. We may retain limited information where required by law.
